- The printhead has become blocked or clogged with ink or debris
- The printhead has been damaged or is malfunctioning
- The printer has been turned off or has gone into power saving mode while a print job is in progress
- Turn the printer off and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Carefully remove the printhead from the printer, being careful not to touch the ink nozzles or electrical contacts.
- Clean the printhead using a damp cloth or cotton swabs. If the printhead is heavily clogged, you may need to soak it in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning it.
- Reinstall the printhead and try printing again.
